Woosehill Medical Centre encourages communication with their patients and by doing this it encourages patients to give their views about how the practice is doing and the services provided.
The Patient Participation Group (PPG), a small group of patients meet at the surgery at least four times a year to discuss ideas, views and survey results with the managing staff (including doctors) to enable the surgery to better improve its services to the patients.
This is an opportunity for patients to have their say and make it count.
We welcome all patients to our virtual Patient Reference Group (PRG), which primarily involves email and internet communication. If you would like to join this group but do not have email, you can be contacted by letter and/or phone.
Joining the group will help us to ensure that the PRG is as representative as possible of our practice population as a whole. The information you supply will be used lawfully, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

WPPG forum
Each of the 13 Wokingham PPGs can send representatives to take part in the WPPG forum, which is attended by the Wokingham Clinical Commissioning Group (WCCG). The Forum allows for both patient groups and WCG to raise issues, discuss ideas and design patient consultations. The forum meets quarterly. It provides support to patient groups, enabling them to share information and experience.
