Vision online services will be terminated on Wednesday 26th August due to our migration to a new IT system on the 27th and 28th August .
For those patients who are already registered online with Patient Services , you will shortly receive an email from the Surgery with instructions on how to re-register with EMIS Patient Access.
For patients wishing to register for online services for the first time, we will be providing a link in September once we have migrated fully to the new IT system.
You will still be able to submit an online prescription request by using our manual form:
Click on the Prescriptions room
Request medication online
Say no to ‘Are you registered for online services’
Complete the manual prescription form and submit
Due to Covid restrictions, there are currently no appointments to book online
