Temporary IT Issues at the Practice

We are currently experiencing intermittent IT system issues which may affect our services, including access to patient records, appointment booking, and response times.
These issues are outside of the practice’s control and are being investigated by our IT provider. We understand how frustrating this can be and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

During this time:
•Our response times may be slower than usual
•Appointment availability may be affected
•Online services and phone access may be limited at times

New Patient Transport Service

From 1 April 20205 onwards, Non-Emergency Patient Transport serviced commissioned by the ICB will be provided by EMED Patient care. The NEPT service supports people requiring specialist transport to attend outpatient appointments and receive treatment and support with admission and discharge across the region. The criteria to be eligible for the service, such as certain medical conditions or having limited mobility, other modes of transport may be detrimental to recovery or wellbeing, or renal dialysis treatment is being received, remains in place.
