Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire & Berkshire West Integrated Care Board (BOB ICB) has heard from residents that they would like online access to general practice to be easier to use and more consistent. The ICB are running a survey for patients asking what they want from online triage platforms, the results of which will feed into the online consultation procurement work.
