From 13 October 2025 We are introducing Accurx Triage to make it easier and fairer for everyone to contact us. This means all requests will now start with a quick online form.

Please be aware that due to roadworks in and around Wokingham, your journey to the surgery may take longer than usual. We kindly ask you to allow extra time when attending your appointment. Thank you. Find more information.

Change to our Communication Method

In our efforts to improve the quality and security of our communications, we will transition from text messaging to email for future correspondences. This change will enable us to provide you with more detailed information and ensure that your personal data is managed with the utmost care and privacy.

What this means for you:

  • You will continue receiving all appointment reminders via text messages; no changes to this.
  • Any other updates and important notifications, such as non-appointment reminders and test results, will be sent via email instead of text.
  • If you don’t have an email address, we will continue to send any correspondences to your provided mobile number, landline number or by post.
  • Please ensure we have your up-to-date email address in our records. If you need to update or provide an email address, you can do so by completing our online form or giving it to our reception in writing.

We understand that this may be challenging for some of our patients, and you can inform us of your preferred communication method (email, text or landline) by sending us an online request form or giving it to our reception in writing.

We appreciate your understanding and look forward to continuing to care for you with improved communication.
