We are sharing information about a new research study called Sleep Buddy. This study is looking at whether a new website can help parents and carers improve sleep in children aged six to twelve years who have a diagnosis of ADHD.
The Sleep Buddy website has been developed with parents and carers and includes videos, tips and personalised advice. The website helps you create a sleep plan for your child.
The study lasts for six months. Parents and carers are asked to complete questionnaires and a ten day sleep diary at the start, at month three and at month six. Children can also take part in online attention and memory tasks. All activities are completed online or by phone.
