As part of a national NHS initiative, we have recently moved to an online triage system to help improve access and ensure patients are directed to the most appropriate care.
Sadly, since this change, our reception team has experienced unacceptable behaviour from a number of our patients. We understand that change can be frustrating and we are all getting used to this new system.
